I look forward to leading the membership with sincerity, transparency, and a drive to optimize the benefits of ASCA membership. I look forward to collaborating with the Board of Directors and fellow ASCA consulting arborists nationwide this year," said new President Jeffrey Ling, RCA #337.</p><p style="text-align: left;">He will be joined by President-Elect Ron Matranga,&nbsp; RCA #488, Immediate Past President Patrick Anderson, RCA #475, and Secretary/Treasurer Michael LaMana, RCA #435. <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Forest Hill, MD (December 2, 2022)</strong>—The American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA) 
installed its 2023 Board of Directors during the Annual Membership Meeting as part of the 
ASCA 2022 Conference held in Louisville, KY on December 2, 2022.</p><p>
“It’s truly a privilege to serve as ASCA’s 2023 president. The Board of Directors will continue to 
execute our Society’s strategic plan and live ASCA’s vision. We will continue to improve, and 
create, the value ASCA brings to our members and the profession,” said the newly-inducted 
2023 ASCA President Patrick Anderson, RCA #475.
</p><p>He will be joined by President-Elect Jeff Ling, RCA #337, Immediate Past President Micah Pace,
RCA #607, and Secretary/Treasurer Mike LaMana, RCA #435. Joining the Board as a new 
director is Nicholas Martin, RCA #552, along with current directors Robert "RJ" Laverne, RCA 
#403, Ron Matranga, RCA #488, Kay Sicheneder, RCA #668, and Philip van Wassenaer, RCA 
#678.

<description><![CDATA[Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Safety Awards recognize “exemplary action” by awarding <strong>The Outstanding Company Contribution Award.</strong> The award recognizes a member company’s proactive program to address safety issues within its own company and/or within a larger sphere of influence.<br />

For 2016, TCIA recognized just eleven companies from across the United States and Canada with the prestigious <em>Outstanding Company Contribution, Safety Award</em>. Among them was Vine &amp; Branch, Inc. of Carmel Indiana.<br />
